Located in an Opportunity Zone, Westfield purchased the 16.5 acre site in September 2022.  The site is located near the Colorado Springs airport, which is ideally positioned for logistics users serving the Colorado Springs market.  Pepsi executed a 10 year lease, and will occupy approximately 62% of the building.  Construction of the building is expected to be completed in April 2024.
