Anne Hayes

Vice President-Development

Anne is responsible for project management and budget oversight during the construction phase of core and shell and tenant finish projects. She manages all phases from bidding through build out into the warranty period. She specializes in energy and telecommunications infrastructure, LEED design features, and transportation/transit related issues. Anne joined Westfield in 1989 and has more than 30 years of industry experience extending into loan procurement, project accounting, public relations, and sales and marketing.

Anne also serves on the Colorado Energy Coalition and is co-chair of the Sustainability Committee for Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation. In addition, she is a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee for the RTD’s FasTrack project.
