Kevin is responsible for identifying new investments and also underwrites and manages properties in Westfield’s portfolio. He also has responsibility for Westfield’s multifamily portfolio in Phoenix. He had been a property manager for company investments after joining Westfield from Shea Homes where he was a project manager for new construction.
