As a Westfield principal, Rich coordinates equity syndications and manages investor communications. Since affiliating with the company in 2004, he has raised and invested $166 million with a total project capitalization of $625 million. From 1998 to 2007, Rich also served as managing principal of Liberty-Greenfield Corporate Real Estate Advisors, a real estate consulting firm to large U.S. corporations. He is a board member of the Young Presidents Organization (Colorado Chapter).
