Westfield purchased the 0.6 acre surface parking lot in Downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood in May of 2023.  The site is located on the doorstep of the proposed redevelopment surrounding Ball Arena; home to the Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Avalanche.  The site is one of the last remaining ground-up development sites in the LoDo neighborhood.
