In January 1998, Westfield Development Company embarked on this ambitious office park located adjacent to the Jefferson County Airport in the northwest Denver-Boulder Highway 36 corridor. Working in partnership with the City of Westminster, the master-planned park included a recreation center, golf course, 3.5 miles of trails, and open space.  Westfield was able to construct, lease, and manage 1,245,000 square feet of office space located in 10 multi-story buildings. The flex office buildings featured 42,000-52,000 square foot floor plates, 10’-12’ ceiling heights and windows featuring 7’ glass to capture the beautiful views.  During a four year period, Westmoor leased on average 300,000 square feet per year.
