As Vice President-Asset Management, Michael conducts the analysis of tenant rollover, leasing of vacant space, dividend policy, adequacy of capital, loan covenants and resale economics. He maintains current cash flow models and valuations of owned properties. He also evaluates potential acquisitions, developments and dispositions while assisting with due diligence. In addition, he models various partnership waterfall structures with a focus on creating a fair deal for all parties. Prior to joining Westfield, Michael served as the Director of Financial Analysis at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Denver. He has earned an MBA degree and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.
